Winter Weddings

If you’re looking for a cosy boutique winter wedding for smaller parties, then Burrows Lea Country House has everything you’ll need to create a unique celebration.

With its wood panelled walls, grand rooms and impressive fireplaces, it’s the perfect venue for a charming winter wedding ceremony and reception.

Our in-house chapel can be dressed to your own taste; maybe stunning winter flowers, foliage with berries, or you may desire the scent of fresh fallen leaves, cinnamon, cedar, or even spiced apples - the choices are endless.

Our house has its own warmth which you will feel as soon as you enter, but we have some outstanding fireplaces, which, when lit create an even cosier atmosphere. Add to this candles and fresh winter leaves above the mantel, and you have created a beautiful and romantic setting.

Catering will be provided by professional catering partners, served in our delightful dining room seating up to 45 guests. As an alternative, a buffet style menu can be supplied for up to 80-guests. There is luxury accommodation available for up to 14 people, and recommendations for further accommodation locally if required.
